im using prep h, eating more fiber, drinking a lot etc..im leaving for basic training in 6 days.. and this is just what i needed to happen 0.o will they check during my 2nd meps visit
1 your not going to take a full phys the second time at meps, however you will take a full phys plus shots and only god knows what at reception bn. idk if they will let you train? i go to basic in two weeks, lets hope this dont happen to me lol

I'm pretty constipated but I have that constipation that is like ohh i'll go #1 now and maybe go again 7 x within the nxt 3 hrs. should I wait to put the cream on till after all or just after I first go?
1 Put it on after every bowel movement. And, you need to go to WebMd.com and type in constipation and follow the recommendations there to prevent future constipation and hemorrhoid flare-ups. You can also type in hemorrhoids and read up on the care of these also since you are using hemorrhoid cream - it gives an indication that is what you are treating.
2 That doesn't sound like constipation to me. Go, wash, apply cream.
