Are hemorrhoids common in pregnant women?
1 Yeah, It usually happens during pregnancy. Pregnancy Hormones have been found to play a significant part in causing hemroids in females, as does the extra weight carried during pregnancy contribute to the development of hemroids.
For the most part, most pregnant women decide to put up with the hemroids until after the baby is born.
Some relief tips for hemorrhoids in pregnancy:
a. Many women find relief from alternating hot and cold treatments.
b. In addition to this treatment regimen, do be sure to only use plain, soft, white toilet paper or premoistened wipes.
c. Never sit on a toilet for too long trying to make something happen, that will only make the hemroids worse.

Air Force, MEPS, ptosis eyelid and Hemorrhoid caused by my IBS, able to join?
I was thinking of joining the air force, my asvab score was 51, not great but i was wondering can having ptosis on my left eyelid and having 1 small hemorrhoid not make me able to join???? The hemorrhoid comes and goes but its one small one, its not that bad. Also my ptosis makes my left eye vision a little bad, like i think i got 18/20 vision, i think..i dont remember
1 The first two should be no problem. You might need documentation from your doctor but they should pass any waivers you might need. The IBS i would worry more about. If it is Inflammatory bowel syndrome, i would suggest not joining. If it is Irritable bowel syndrome, you will need to get a waiver. I was able to get one for the navy reserves, but my recruiter said that they give them out 50% of the time. The air force may or may not. Your best bet would be to try.
ugh, hemorrhoid after having my baby…how to treat it?
i had my baby sunday morning. i didnt have any hemorrhoids till yesterday. i noticed it last night and i know its not from delivering my baby, its from going to the bathroom wednesday night. tmi, but the stool softeners didnt really work and it took me like an hour. i tried not to push too hard but i guess i did. anyway, now i have a hemorrhoid. its not big or necessarily too painful, but it is uncomfortable. what can i do/use to help them now and to prevent them from now on?
1 Over the counter stuff has never worked for me. I got a prescription of Proctofoam from my doctor. It's like a spray-foam that works excellent. I'm sure your doctor wouldn't mind just calling some in for you. Good luck!
2 My son is 3 months old and I still have them from childbirth! I pushed for 3 hours and now have internal hemorrhoids that BLEED a ton when I go to the bathroom. Nothing has worked yet
Unfortunately. But keep taking stool softeners as long as it's uncomfortable to go!
3 The cream is only if they burn/itch. If they don't, then get Tucks pads; that will make them go away. I got hemorrhoids 2 months after my son was born and nothing helped but the Tucks.
Unfortunantly, you will now get them forever
But, they will never be as bad as they are now (well, until you have another baby)
is it true that some big stars use hemorrhoid cream on their faces to straighten out wrinkles?
Is it true that some big stars use hemorrhoid cream on their faces to straighten out wrinkles?
i have heard that hemorrhoid cream will shrink facial wrinkles for several hours. if this is true then has any company developed a cream for the face containing the same propeties thus removing the need to use bum cream on your face
1 It does not help with wrinkles, but it will get rid of swelling and puffy circles under eyes. Don't use a lot, though, it can burn if it gets in your eyes.
2 hemorrhoid cream doesn't really help with wrinkles but it reduces redness and irritation. It's great to use on blemishes or sun burns. Good ahead and slap some bum cream on your face just make sure no one used that tube on their bum.
3 A lady on the "Oprah" show said she used it on her face. I use scar fading cream on mine, seems to work, but then I use lots of creams on mine! If you find the "Fountain of Youth" ...please let me know.
