1 I got them when I had my daughter..they were more painful than the wound where I had my episiotomy.It pretty much looks like a big bump coming out of your anus..they are usually caused by pushing too hard(because of constipation or childbirth).Here's more info:http://www.vitamin-supplement-reference.com/hemmroids.html

Use some Preparation H, use baby wipes or Tucks to clean, witch hazel sometimes helps, and try to lay on your stomach (helps alleviate pain).
3 Looks like bumps coming out of you know what, but not just pimple bumps, its just the inside of your rectum from maybe pushing to hard, and they hurt when you sit, move anything, best thing to relieve them is to clean with witch hazel and buy some suppositories and push them back up your you know what.

Alternative care to hemorrhoid?
Have a small hemorrhoid, well at least I think I do.
I dont want to take medication, and I dont want to have surgery, so what can I do and use that is an alternitive route.
1 If you're not sure whether you have one, you should get it checked by your doctor.
When you say you don't want to "take medication", do you mean oral medication, or you don't want to use any medication at all? Because, for hemmorhoids, there are usually topical creams or suppositories.
2 Wash your anus with warm water twice everyday. Try using baby oil to keep it lubed to prevent hard stools from hurting. I know ppl who use Noxema to clean & medicate. Drink more water, and eat more fiber.
3 You "think" you have a hemmorrhoid. You don't know for sure so it is best to go to a doctor and ask them about it. I know it can be embarrasing so try and get one the same sex as you so it is not that bad. They may not even look at your backside, they might just ask questions.
Remember it is always best to get a proffesional opinion as it may not be what you think.

1 Not dangerous. But you can probably count on your hemorrhoids getting much worse because the uterine swelling will to some degree impede venous drainage in your pelvis, resulting in more blood and higher pressure in your hemorrhoidal veins and therefore worsening hemorrhoids.
2 I got hemorrhoids with my first child and was "carrying" it along with next 3 (kids). It was getting painful more and more as the baby was growing.
